PETE BLAGGIT

Pete is having a bad day, a bad year, a bad life.

Pete Blaggit is a man desperate for a second chance at life. For the past 20 years he’s been responsible for the downfall of his family business; Blagmore Wedding Videos is no longer the leading company it once was. It seems that life can’t get any worse for Pete. But it does. Strange, unknown forces are occurring in Pete’s life that he can’t explain; visions and hallucinations that he can’t shake off.

Whatever Happened to Pete Blaggit is the story about one man’s inner journey to outer peace.

Pete’s hit rock bottom. Now the only way is up.

How We Helped Shape the Story

For Whatever Happened to Pete Blaggit, Numan Khan contributed key creative and technical elements that elevated the film’s overall quality. He delivered full production sound, ensuring clean and controlled audio capture across the shoot, and later crafted the sound design, shaping the film’s psychological tone, atmospheric tension, and emotional depth. In addition, he provided additional cinematography, capturing select sequences on Super 16mm film to enhance the project’s visual texture and authenticity. Together, these elements supported the film’s blend of dark humour, psychological drama, and surreal storytelling.
