THE STORY
The film follows Michael Stanton, a former covert operative who once carried out black-budget missions for a shadowy circle of government elites. Loyal and highly trained, Michael never realised he was being used to execute hits that lined the pockets of the powerful.
When one mission leaks to the public and spirals out of control, his team is blamed and wiped out. Forced into hiding, Michael watches from the shadows as his pregnant wife Emily is murdered in retaliation. Their newborn son, Danny, survives only because Michael’s in-laws hide him and demand Michael stay away if he wants the child to live.
Years pass quietly, painfully.
Michael brings down two of the four men who betrayed him, but the remaining two climb even higher in influence and protection. Meanwhile, Danny grows into a committed London detective with a family of his own. He has no idea who his father really is, or why he disappeared.
Everything changes when Michael learns that his final two targets will be attending an exclusive charity gala. What he doesn’t know is that Danny’s wife, Grace, works for one of these men and will also be present.
In one tragic night of calculated vengeance, Michael completes his mission accidentally taking Grace’s life in the process. Danny is one of the first officers on the scene.
The manhunt for the “ghost assassin” begins, pulling father and son on a collision course neither can escape.
