Ripple Effect is a thought-provoking project built around a simple but powerful message: leadership carries responsibility. Men and women in positions of authority must recognise that employees are human beings with emotions, dignity, and limits. Too often, when leaders shout or mistreat staff, that stress spirals downward employees may release their frustration on the only people they feel they can control, often their own families at home. The project highlights the ripple effect of workplace behaviour and encourages compassion, fairness, and equality in every professional interaction.
The core message is clear: treat everyone with respect, because your actions influence far more than you see.
